It customer care service is frustrated. we call it and wait for more than 1 hr ,no customer service executive picked the call only computerized voice was playing.

Very bad experience I booked a ticket through book my show i didn't receive any confirmation message but amount got debited it's been ten days refund is not done no response also please do not book through book my show your money will be cheated

The show did not happen.
I was really excited to book a show of Sufi music by Nizami Bandhu at Informal, Janpath, as I am in Delhi only for a few days but after waiting for nearly two hours I left.

Site is unable to handle traffic, crashes and it is total failure..don’t use this site

I tried booking 2 tickets for a movie on a Friday, as there was a Bank of Baroda Debit card offer available. When i started the booking and went on the payment page to avail the offer, the Bank of Baroda was not highlighted and i couldn't choose it. This is utter trolling by Bookmyshow website. Hence, i chose not to book tickets on the website and instead went to movie theatre to purchase the tickets. Avoid Bookmyshow website at all cost, as they don't keep their promises.

3rd grade customer service. Frustrated with a BOT chatting away with stereotype answers.
We booked quite a few tickets for the motpgp and with barely 10 days left, there are no sign of our tickets that were paid for 2 months in advance and waiting to be home delivered which too was charged.
Customer service is non existent. I hope these International event organisers look into who they tie up with for such prestigious events, where tickets cost a bomb and customer service is not even worth peanuts.

Terrible website, cannot book anything
says you have four minutes to book a seat for cricket tickets and then when you select one it refreshes the page and has an error

I was waiting to book ticket for all India's matches from 8PM to 10PM with high speed internet - but after trying multiple attempt - i m getting you have added in queue please wait for 2 hours 4 hours 6 hours- after some time they said tickets are sold out- how cheap is this?
atleast i should get 1 match ticket for any amount. But they are fooling people. Bookmyshow are playing with people emotions. For sure All tickets will be sold by Black. The ticket should be meet at the Stadium. We dont want this type of stupid service. Please take necessary action on this.

Corrupted app selled all the tickets before actual launch through its family friends. Doesn't give to real costumers who have waited for 2 hours

very bad website or app.. just waste of time .. I don't know why ICC use this paltform to sell the world cup tickets. the interface is so laggy and messy..

Never use this app. They make you wait in the queue for hours only to say they cannot make any changes to the ticket or refund you. Why would anyone wait for so long to speak to someone when they cannot do help with the booking. They are running a bookings Website but don't have a "reschedule bottom", is what the customer service told me after so many hours on the line. Ridiculously stupid.

Its Pathetic service after cancellation of money they are not transferring the money to BMS account which i had not quoted. I am shocked money not transferred in my account. If you want some donation ask i will give but not behave like a cheap way.Damn sure i will not go for BMS now even not recommend to any one either go directly go to theatre and book or sit and watch in OTT in home. SiIlly CEO, COO and employees. I am sure this company will shut down at the earliest because of lose of trust from customer.

I have been purchasing tickets from BMS for many years, but I was not aware that they are not sensitive enough to safety and security concerns. As usual, I booked the ticket for a movie, and there is tension in Gurgaon, and Section 144 has been imposed. Companies are getting shut down so that people can reach home safely. I request that BMS CC cancel or modify the date of the show. So I got a reply that we haven't received any news from multiplexes. and I should talk to Multiplex directly. If I have to do this, then I will buy from their app directly. Why do I need your app? There is news all around about the situation, but these people don't care about safety. For money, these people can risk your life. I'm not sure why you're charging for convenience when you don't care about your customer.

never use this app. because after cancellation of the show ticket. refund amount is placed in book my show cash. and this cash wallet money is not transferable. means totally loss.

I have absolute faith in the site BOOK MY SHOW. I also know that they are merely acting as a medium for booking and does not guarantee that the programme that they are selling is real or fake. I came upon this exciting discovery ( of which all future patrons should be aware of ) when I booked for a popular Marathi Comedy show “Chala Hawa Yevu Dya” to be held at Parihar chowk, Aundh, Pune on 5th May 2023 by paying Rs 6,139.56 for two persons and got in return a political event held by the husband of the local corporator where 4 artistes of the show made a token appearance and presented 3 skits lasting barely 30 minutes, interrupted at regular intervals by noisy welcome including firecrackers being doled out to visiting political heavyweights. Though I tried to contact BOOK MY SHOW about this fiasco there was no contact details provided at their official website. So I sought refund of the ticket price by filing a request at a contact window available their web site. I am glad to say that even after a reminder they were polite enough to completely ignore my predicament because as already clarified they are completely innocent and not at all responsible for what they claim to sell.

Booked my tickets for a Mumbai match on their site. And since I live in Australia, I gave them a physical address of my parents' place in Chennai for delivery of the shirts which I bought along with the tickets. At no point was it mentioned that physical tickets will be sent along with it and that physical tickets are mandatory to enter. The app showed the confirmation ID but no bar codes for the tickets. On match day, we were refused entry with the app confirmation as they said they need physical tickets. They asked us to go to the printing counter. At the counter they said they can't print it with booking confirmation on the app and that they need the bar code or QR code for the tickets so they can print it. Firstly how bloody backwards n ancient is this process? Secondly when I contacted Bookmyshow customer service, they just keep repeating the fake thing over n over again! Apparently they won't send codes for ticket if you choose home delivery! How ridiculous is this?? Why do you even have an app if you don't have the convenience of seeing your tickets in there?? Secondly at no point while booking was this mentioned. All they care about is taking your money!! At the end of all this, after paying 23000 Rupees, I was not able to watch this match. So, keep away from the site!! Find another site or app to do your booking!

Extremely disappointed with bookmyshow app,my show got cancelled but I have not got any intimation from the support,when I went to theatre they are saying we have cancelled the show and informed to bookmyshow,but when contacting customer they are telling they don't have got intimated from the theatre,totally both theatre and bookmyshow disappointed me and wasted my time,worst service from bookmyshow i will never use this app further

Maine aapke book my show se IPL ke ticket book karya tha 27/5/23 Shane Warne gallery ki mere or bete k liye jo ki 10 yrs ka h or maine ticket one month pahle book karayi thi Mera beta Etna excited tha match dekhne k liye because wo first time live match dekhne ja rha tha maine 28000 ki ticket book karayi thi aapke staff ne kha ticket home delivered kiya jayega aap ka staff match se ek din pahle kah rha h ki aapko ticket stadium ja kar collect karna hoga ok hamara Paisa block ho gya h so maine wo bhi Kiya  stadium m pahuchne par aapka staff kahta h aapka ticket upgrade kar Diya h up grade nahi aapne hame saja di thi wo ek box tha jiske charo tarf diware or saamne ek glass wha se koi match kaise dekhta use aacha hum Ghar dekh lete aapka staff itna third class h or lagta h aap sab bhi aise hi ho unhone kha hum aapka refund kar denge ya Next match ki ticket denge aapke help desk par phone kar kar k thaq gya hu aapka koi reply nahi aata Jo bhi kahta h 24hrs ya 48hrs m hum solve kar denge aapki
