I purchased a book online the website
I purchased a book online the website. No confirmation was received nor the item. After 2 weeks I tried to ring them on their given number but a recorded message said contact by phone was not possible only by email. My email response said that I had purchased an e book ( it was advertised as a hardcover book) and I should have received a voucher at the time of order. It looks like my experience is very similar to another review. I advise do not use this website

Do not buy from this website, I believe it is a scam.
I purchased a pre-order book selecting hardcover as the type. When the release date came and went I contacted them to ask about when it would be shipped. An AI bot replied insisting I purchased an e-book - which they haven't even sent me. Their published phone number has an recorded message to say they don't offer a customer service on the phone. I can only get a response from AI which is refusing to refund me. The company doesn't seem to exist in the UK despite having a UK address on the website, I think my payment went internationally.
Do not order from them!
