I ordered a code book two weeks ago that was needed for my current position at work. I've inquired to as if it shipped via email and I'm getting no response. I recommend using a different company for your needs.

Good price, low shipping costs, fast delivery. A email with confirmation would have topped it.

Is horrible service long shipping not helping at all I cancel the order they ship anyway and they don’t help you with nothing worthless never any more

I have placed my order on 17th of December, the website said delivery should be expected within 3-5 days but after 1,5 month I still didn't receive my order.

They are replying extremely slow on my emails and cannot tell me when to expected the delivery. Today I have asked them to cancel my order and do a refund. Let's see how they can handle that, but I do not have any hope that it will be better :(

Update on my previous review. They left me hanging for over 3 months and then they cancel the order. Unacceptable business. Would give no stars if I could.

I made an order on june 2th. I still havn't received my order. I contacted customer support and they were very friendly and told me they would contact the supplier. I recieved an email that said the order is delayed for five more weeks. I do feel like there should be a compensation for this. I feel bad because the company was so friendly but my common sense tells me to warn people not to order here if you want to buy someone a gift unless you order 4 months (according to the current calculation) in advance.

I placed an order with Book Spot in May...tomorrow August begins and I still have only half of what I paid for. Their communication is dismal. I have contacted them via whatsapp and email and have only had unhelpful generic replies that fail to take my responses into account.
I strongly advise against using this company.

Ordered four books and I have been waiting for 4 weeks yet it wasn’t delivered at all, no confirmation or any significant communication. I texted them and asked for cancellation as I prefer to buy at another book store. They confirmed that the order was cancelled by text. I didn’t receive any cancellation confirmation but I bought the same books on another store at that day. The following day, two out of four books came from Bookspot. I filed a complaint for this yet they said it’s too far to cancelled. I was furious but still asked to cancel the other two. Until today, I don’t receive any email confirmation. I Know the Reason is because they are in the midst of crisis, but sending email confirmation supposed to be doable!!!
