I cannot say enough bad things about this company. From handing us off to 3 different project leads, to ghosting us for weeks at a time, to not fixing things they said they would fix, to charging us hosting fees for an unfinished website for months, to not completing our project for 11 months (yes, it's STILL not done)....please do not go with them. You will be terribly disappointed, and frustrated

This service is absolutely terrible! I had to deal with at least 3 onboarding agents due to them quitting, being sick, or coming up with whatever excuse. It took them at least 2 months longer than promised to go live. After 9 months, there's been no improvement. They take far too long to respond to problems, there's no way to reach them by phone, only email, and their website design is subpar. I had to repeatedly request design changes that even a novice wouldn't miss. I strongly advise against using them and completely regret my choice. I initially believed they were the best, but that's far from reality.

This has been the worst customer service experience I've ever had. We have paid them over $6,500 for their services which is supposed to include customer service for 1 year after purchase. They created our site far outside their window of "8-12 weeks" which didn't display pricing, won't connect correctly to Hospitible, and the URL doesn't work and on top of everything they decided to change their monthly subscription from $62 (which was in the contract I signed) to $97. When the $97 was not paid they took our website down in which they were supposed to hand over to us. Their response time is awful, and when they do respond it is incredibly un-useful. If I could rate 0 stars I would.

Challenges with the call:
- Identified that my acct wasn’t created. Spent a fair amount of time trying to find my acct as I have several email addresses, so we had to figure out which one was associated with my acct.
- Zoom call was only active for an hour, because we spent a lot of time finding & creating my acct, we were only able to completion a portion of the presentation.
- don’t recall receiving an email confirmation that my acct was created and provided login credentials.
- to make best use of time and cost of white glove call, user should already have basic setup completed by using training videos and/or by oneself if knowledge level is sufficient.
- having dashboard setup, contacts imported (if you already have collected contacts) as much as possible, then time can be spent fine tuning acct, conducting real time
Email campaigns, implementation of other tools like chat agent, creating,scheduling and posting an ad and/or video.
- further advance training on implementing other 3rd party tools/sw, and building ones tech stack.

I was informed that my website hosting fee of £275 was going to increase to £970 per annum at my next billing date. Thankfully it was the shove I needed to get my hosting elsewhere, for I might add, £95 per annum.
The Hospitality Community FB group which has 6k members, is run by Boostly, and they delete any negative comments about Boostly whatsoever, so nothing can be discussed, so I have left that group too. Very pleased to have left.

Gone downhill very quickly. Mark has no loyalty to his longstanding customers, lots of fluff and no substance. A 300% increase in rates with NO notice, on top of the previous 100% increase. All this whilst service levels depleted, constant GDPR breaches, left hand not knowing what the right is doing, poor web security and customer care.
I cannot recommend, and have moved away!
