Great products. The only downside is that you have to order minimum 2 things in order to proceed with delivery vs a minimum threshold amount that most other websites offer.

I received the wrong sized trainers not once but twice!

Around the start of April I ordered two pairs of trainer from Boozt.com and one pair was the wrong size which I didn't order. So I had to return the pair of trainers and didn't think too much of it as it happens but shouldn't. I am still waiting for my refund on the first pair of trainers that were the wrong size and roughly 3/4 days ago I reordered the same trainers hoping I would get the the correct size which I ordered from the website again. I received the new pair of trainers today and unfortunately they were also the WRONG size. I used the size guide that Boozt provide on their website to make sure I order the correct size I want. The size chart/guide is based on UK trainer sizes which is fine as you can only choose UK sizes when ordering, or at least I thought, however I noticed I kept getting UK size 9 instead of UK size 10 but I also saw it says 'M 10' which is referring to the American sizes which I did not order and could possibly not know as the only size chart on the website for the specific brand/pair of trainers I was ordering was based on UK sizes. By this point I'm extremely upset and frustrated that Boozt have made the same mistake and wasted my time and this whole ordeal has become a massive inconvenience for me.
The bottom line is, CHANGE your size chart to the sizes of trainers that you are selling or the sizes that you are going by.
Very, very bad experience and I will be taking my business else where because I'm fed up at this point.
I would definitely not recommend shopping on this website to avoid any similar experience to what I've had.

Also the support team wasn't very helpful with my case in resolving the issue that Boozt had made several times, definitely don't shop here and get your trainers from JDtrainers instead.

Customer service

Customer service - terrifying! I am not getting any new about my returned parcel, no tracking news nor money. I wrote an email and still no answer.

Refund takes too long

Everything works fine but I don’t understand why it takes 14 days to get a refund if I return an item.
Other sellers are usually faster.

It's a bit difficult when you want to…

It's a bit difficult when you want to cancel the order but it's no longer possible because supposedly it's in the packing process but they haven't even shipped it or there's no email.
