Pictures of the product did not represent what it actually looks like. I wound up with a product I will never use and would have to pay more than 50% of what I paid for the product to return it.

Highly Unprofessional – Lost Trust Completely. Avoid!
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience.
After spending a lot of time researching reviews and carefully choosing a pair of GH Bass hiking boots (last size 43 remaining), I finally placed my order last night at a discounted price of €164. This morning, without any explanation, my order was cancelled and refunded.
What makes this even worse is that the exact same boots are now listed again at full price. It feels like the order was simply cancelled to avoid honoring the discounted price, which is honestly unacceptable.
This kind of behavior completely undermines trust. If a product is available for purchase, the retailer should honor the transaction instead of cancelling it without reason.
Very frustrating experience — I won’t be ordering again.
