Fast delivery
Fast delivery, which was important to see since I was only temporarily in the country. I needed to return 2 items as they were the wrong size, very easy and fast re-payment to my account.

Beware! Returning items can be a nightmare!
This has happened to me twice. I have returned items which Boozt did not register and which has created several issues. In my most recent incident, I ordered three items and returned two. Only one of the items I returned was registered, and after months of back and forth, the second item was finally registered as returned. However, Boozt is insisting that I pay the late fees associated with my invoice not being paid earlier (I was not going to pay for an invoice that included items that I did not keep, and have been waiting for months for them to correct the invoice). Customer service is terrible and not helpful.
