Sarah Yi was great
Sarah Yi was great! She exceeded my expectations. She clearly explained everything and she made me feel very comfortable. I'm impressed with her professionalism and customer service.
I purchased Bosley MD mendXtend…
I purchased Bosley MD mendXtend strengthening system. The system.left my hair greasy and limp. I used it twice as per their instructions on the package. This product is an absolute waste of money. I contacted the company and they stated "that this is a first" which I find hard to believe. I defiantly won't be using Bosley products again as this is a poor quality product which is over priced and does not live up to their expectations
Unhappy with hair transplant results
I had a Bosley hair transplant in March and am unhappy with the results. No real difference of the appearance of the top of my head. No one has even noticed.
Everyone was so helpful and friendly
Everyone was so helpful and friendly. The procedure was smooth. Drs were great, fun interaction. They could use singing lessons though 🤓

This was a huge waste of time and money. I would recommend choosing a different place for your hair loss issues.
Bosely Hair Restoration
My Bosley experience from Nina, sales consoler, Mary, in the office and Dr Tan and all of his medical staff were fabulous.
Totally sucks,
Totally sucks,
Very big liars take your money fast scammers,
NOT HAPPY WITH THIS SERVICE THEY SUCK
The worst decision of my life.
My Bosley procedure was an absolute disaster. The doctor took more than twice as many grafts from the left side of my donor area as the right. He took so many from a small area on the left side, the punches were overlapping. I now have thin, patchy areas on the left side of the back of my head. A month before the procedure, a Bosley representative in Beverly Hills told me the scarring would be "undetectable." But since the surgeon used such a large punch size and overharvested the grafts, people can see the large white dots from several feet away.
I waited ten years after my initial consultation with Bosley to have my procedure for one primary reason — to avoid scars. So the patchy scarring is devastating and has completely deflated my self-confidence. When I went in for my 8-month follow-up, the surgeon took a cursory look and said it looked fine. When I asked why he took so many grafts from the left side versus the right, he shrugged and walked out of the room. When I went in for my next follow-up, the consultant took a look at the back of my scalp and said, "At least you still have your face."
The cosmetic damage is horrible, but that's not even the worst part. The doctor overharvested the left side of my donor area so badly that I now have permanent nerve damage.
Every morning when I wake up, the first thing I feel is a burning sensation on the left side of the back of my head. The intensity comes and goes, but the pain affects me every day. I have had over 40 medical appointments with neurologists, dermatologists, and pain clinics since my Bosley procedure. I've spent over $50,000 in treatments, and Bosley has not compensated one penny of my expenses.
I have finally found some relief with topical gabapentin and multiple Botox injections into my scalp, but the pain still bothers me. When I brought up the pain with the Bosley clinic, they told me everything was normal. But I have since checked with multiple specialists and other hair transplant surgeons, and every single one has told me the surgeon used too large of a punch size and the uneven harvesting of grafts was not normal. I finally flew to the Chicago Bosley office for a second opinion, and the doctor there admitted the surgeon at the Minneapolis clinic overharvested the grafts.
I have pleaded with Bosley to help me, but they have ignored my requests. I hardly ever post reviews, especially about something so personal, but I need to let others know about my horrible experience with Bosley. If you are considering a hair transplant, please go somewhere else.
Review of Hair Transplant at Bosley Orlando
Quality of the Process:
Change of Doctor:
I underwent the procedure more than two weeks ago. I understood that a specific doctor would perform the procedure, but another one did it. I understand this can change due to personal and work circumstances, but it was unexpected for me.
Execution of the Procedure:
I was told that the doctor would perform the entire procedure, but as is customary in other clinics, the technicians handled the hair grafting. The doctor only performed the perforation process. The procedure was done in such a rushed manner that it felt like they didn’t even take the time to ensure it was properly level or aligned. The doctor only checked in briefly twice after the initial perforations, each time just to rush the technicians further.
Control of the Process:
From the start, I did not feel I had enough control over the procedure, which was essential for something I sought to boost my self-esteem. There were arguments between me and the doctor and technicians about where to mark the frontal hairline. They insisted on making it higher due to my age, which doesn't make sense to me since the goal of a hair transplant is to recover the hairline and feel like before.
Follow-up:
I did not have a follow-up appointment with the doctor. Although I had a hair washing appointment, I expected a more personalized follow-up to evaluate the work done. It's been more than three weeks now, and I still haven't had any follow-up visit. Comparing my results with others who had the procedure around the same time, mine looks awful. I feel incredibly disappointed because I trusted this clinic due to its reputation and higher cost, expecting that it would reflect in quality and customer service, but that hasn’t been the case.
Coordination among Technicians:
Although the technicians were very friendly and dedicated, I noticed that switching between technicians affected the coordination of the process. This may have influenced the final results. Additionally, I’m unsure if all the technicians were certified because several different people were involved in placing the grafts. In hindsight, I realize I should have asked more questions, but I trusted the clinic based on its reputation.
Pressure on Technicians:
To make matters worse, in the afternoon, the technicians were repeatedly rushed with comments like "20 minutes?"—as if being told to finish in 20 minutes. The doctor asked the technicians several times how much time was left, pressuring them with comments like “20 minutes?” I mean, how can you rush a procedure like this? It’s unacceptable to rush such a critical process, especially when it’s clear that the work can’t be completed properly within that timeframe. Although the technicians were kind, it was evident that they were under pressure from the doctor to finish quickly. Despite this pressure, the technicians remained very professional and kind, reassuring me not to worry and to let them know if I needed a break. However, witnessing them being hurried was one of the worst aspects of the experience, especially considering the significant amount I paid for the procedure.
Results:
Unfortunately, several empty spaces were left where grafts were not implanted, especially on the sides of my head. This is visible and disappointing. Additionally, the frontal line is uneven, with one side higher than the other.
Additional Concerns:
One of the most concerning things is that I wasn’t informed before my consultation that I would need two more procedures and would need to continue taking Finasteride. Had I known this earlier, I might have reconsidered or at least better understood the full scope of what I was getting into.
Now, I am left feeling more insecure than before. I trusted the clinic because of its reputation and the high cost, expecting better quality and customer service. Instead, it seems they are more concerned with taking hundreds of pictures and leaving early to go home. Given their experience, they should understand that rushing through a procedure can severely impact the quality of the results.
I am now considering going to another clinic to evaluate the work done and see if there’s anything that can be improved.
Sherry is just super fantastic!
Sherry was knowledgeable and patient. She answered all my questions!
My Experience over a 20 year period.
I had an initial transplant when I was in my mid-forties. I was actually very happy with it and it lasted about 12 years before it started really thinning out again. So I went back and got a second procedure about 4-5 years ago. They were VERY sales orientated and made lots of promises, not like it used to be but I did it anyway. I wanted more grafts but they said I did not have enough donor area left so I settled with about an additional 600 grafts. I even started on Propecia and bought from them the Capillus cap. About six months I started on Minoxidil for the crown area. Unfortunately, I am almost back to same spot I was 4 years ago. I had this done in Chicago. I am very frustrated as I am not spending more money with them. The guarantee sounds good but I know they will tell me you don't have enough donor hair, so I guess I will be bald after all.
DO NOT get one done by them
DO NOT get one done by them! I had a procedure and was lied to. Botched, rushed, had to pay an extra 1k when I got there (was NOT informed of this. Weekend price apparently) I've dealt with the worst customer service I've ever experienced. What guarantee? I was told my hairline and crown. I gotta neither. Just two patches and it's bald between them. The doctors and nurses rushed it so they could leave. Well I had fallen asleep due to the anxiety med they give me my wife overheard them talking about they wanted to get out of there so they could go home. Until you guys can actually help me I will be continuing to express this on every platform to the BBB, Federal Trade commission, and trust pilot. It's obvious they only care about one thing......money. They also said i didnt go to my check up. Ughhh, yeah becaue you wanted me to go to a whole other state instead of where i got it done. That doctor has had several bad reviews. Right after he did mine he left. I also was not even told about the less invasive procedure (fue). I absolutely would have gone that route. I didnt do my research and after all this I called another place in MN and this doctor had better reviews than bosley. I explained to him what happend and he told me that had i done it with him he would have gone the fue route and it would have cost significantly cheaper. Like 3k cheaper. Do your self a favor, find some other place...
Now I'm bald with a giant scar on the back of my head. So I paid thousands of dollars to only feel even more insecure.
The team at Bostons Bosley
The team at Bosley conducted themselves in a professional manner and made me feel comfortable safe and valued. I’m happy with my outcome and recommend Bosley to all my family and friends. Thank you very much to Doctor West and his team who made me feel like family. Sincerely Daniel Fernandez
A scam to get me to pay more
After paying more than $12K last year, I was told today at my one year follow-up appointment, that I would have to pay another $7K more to get the results I want which is no bare spots on the crown of my head. I was not told last year when I spent $12K that I would have to pay more to get the results I want. The coverage on my crown is better but not acceptable.

I was late for my appointment 4/25 with a Bosley representative . I contacted customer service and the representative on the phone was kind & courteous enough to guide me to the location and notify the location. Upon arrival Sherry greeted me and my wait was not long at all. Sherry explained the different methods/options in detail which were available to me. The professionals at Bosley in particular Sherry made my decision easy. I’m looking forward to the surgery. Thank you,
Frank Barbuto

Esperanza is great!!!
Esperanza was not only professional and knowledgeable, but she was kind, punctual, and a pleasure to speak with about a topic that is hard to speak about. I am actually scared that I will lose my hair. Esperanza made it a little less scary and gave me hope by explaining my options clearly. Thank you Bosley.

Beginning at the reception wih a friendly greeding. Alex,
is the finance officer, he listens regarding concerns and answers questions. Dr Cole enters and offers his suggestions. Later a restoration date is set.
During this time all the staff are friendly and provide any assistance. They and Dr. Cole know their business. I would recommend them and this procedure was completed at the Costa Mesa office. Lastly, I will return to do the rest of my hair. Yes, I am totally satified with the results.
