I ordered a massage mat and it’s almost month now. I sent an email to the customer service team and got no response. It’s now looking like a scam to me now. Don’t think I can do business with them anymore.

Wednesday morning I made a warranty claim. Email reply that afternoon accepting my claim and promising a replacement would be sent within 5 days.
Friday lunchtime the replacement was delivered - very good all round.
Great customer service! 4 years I purchased two 6000 series garden furniture covers and some associated bungee fixings following a recommendation from Crownhill Garden Centre. Over the last year one of the covers continued to rip and perish within its 6 year warranty period. I filled out a claim yesterday and was notified this morning that a replacement cover was being sent out immediately. I’m so impressed with such a speedy response. Definitely a company I will buy equipment from again. Thanks, Dominic
What a great company! Our hammock cover had a big tear after strong wind and 5 years use, and the parent company (Tildemere) supplied a replacement cover free of charge under their 6 year warranty.
Thank you for excellent service and for honouring your warranty.
I had a warranty claim honoured very promptly with no fuss at all.
I bought a 6000 series bbq cover from Amazon and after 2 and a bit years and 2 winters the inside waterproofing layer was cracking and delaminating.
I filled in the warranty claim form on a Sunday night (linked from www.bosmere. com site)
And Monday lunch time had a response saying they had agreed to replace it, and what colour would I like. (original grey no longer produced)
New cover by the end of the week. Very happy camper (BBQer anyway)
Similar to other experiences. I had a patio garden table cover which had a seven year guarantee and actually lasted less than three years before it started to leak. Any attempts to reach out to Bosmere or its parent company to honour this guarantee have not been responded to.
We brought a Bosmere Modular Sunbed Cover, Black, M640 in mid-2015. It lasted 3-4 years working well but then started leaking. In the last year it has become worse than useless, you can see light through the fabric and it acts to trap that water only. We were looking for a replacement when we realized it had a six year Guarantee! Fantastic, or so we thought. However Bosmerre has declined to honour this guarantee. So BEWARE, the products do not last as long as they say they will and the guarantee seems to be worthless.
Update: changing to five stars as Bosmere has had a change of heart and a lovely new cover has just arrived in the mail. Buy with confidence
I bought a Bosmere Protector 6000 Storm Black 8 Seat Rectangular Table Cover - Black, D560 02/06/16 which has degraded badly with the waterproofing on the inside flaking off. It is only used lightly in the summer as I put the furniture away for winter. I bought this for long life with cheaper ones not lasting a few months. The 6-year warranty was the reason I paid for a premium product. The same for Bosmere Protector 6000 Dark Green 6 Seat Rectangular Table Cover - Green, C555 01/05/16. Not impressed, how do I claim under warranty? My inquiry has been ignored.
