Boss Lady Contracting did an excellent job replacing my roof and gutters. I interviewed 7 companies for price, quality, reliability, responsiveness and communication skills. The owner, Alex, gave a very competitive quote; followed up with me quickly on everything she said she would and explained every step of the process.
I have solar panels and the removal/install company had some issues getting their permit from the city. Alex worked with that company and the city to make sure everything was done to code.
The clean up was thorough and the workers were pleasant and consciences.
There was an additional project that she went way above and beyond in completing. Her moto, "when you do something, you do it right" and all the work was done with excellence and care for my home.
I highly recommend Boss Lady Contracting. She was a pleasure to work with, always answered my questions completely, always on time and kept on schedule, used high quality products and was a woman of her word.
