If you want to really smell like a man and impress everyone arround you, Hugo Boss is what you need to use!

Good morning!

I bought BOSS Green - a sports suit and sport shoes. I'm excited, they are the most comfortable and quality products I ever had!
But the shoelaces open all the time and it is very depressing. I asked for help in the store where I bought shoes - Hugo Boss, Riga, Terbatas street, but they offer just to accept that some products have quality issues.

Will you help me?

I called the Hugo Boss Store in Regent Street this morning for a query and the phone was answered by a rude sales assistant and when I asked her name she hung up the phone to me. I reported the incident to the customer service UK HQ and requested an apology from the sales assistant and I was told that this is not possible and then I left my e mail address for the store manager to contact me to inform me that he has taken appropriate actions for this incident and didn't hear back.
Well Hugo Boss, the £££ I was spending in your stores will go to your competitors!

I shop as much as I can at Boss as they offer brilliant quality of clothes that really fit my body well. They are a little expensive but I always say ‘Buy well don’t buy cheap’! If you where cheap clothes you always look cheap!

However there a lot of clothes that I really want to buy but I can’t afford, which is always a bit frustrating. At Hugo Boss I feel like a child in a sweet shop always wanting more and more so we have to be a little bit careful.

Ok back to the point… Hugo Boss is a fantastic store they supply quality clothes and there service is also as good as the clothes “quality”!
