Boston Manor Hotel Reviews 

Very clean and large room. Friendly and accommodating staff. Very convenient for the buses and underground stations. Room was difficult to get to but luckily staff member showed me how to get there. Tea and sugar would have been good but provided kettle, etc so minor point.

Service was excellent and they really went out of their way to accommodate my disability by giving me a ground floor room.

The room itself was clean, with a comfortable bed, Egyptian cotton sheets and all the facilities you would expect from a 3* hotel. Amp,e parking and very easy to find.

However, there was a damp smell in the bathroom. I had the bathroom fan on all night, yet the smell was still there in the morning. No complimentary toiletries were provided - shampoo, shower gel etc, with the exception of two small bars of soap.

The furnishings were obviously dated. The bedside cabinet was worn out and had cigarette burns all over it.

In the morning, the lights didn't work, so had to get dressed with the curtains open.

The breakfast was adequate, but resembled the inside contents of a Sausage and Egg McMuffin.

All in all a pleasant stay, although would not recommend for more than an overnight stay.
