“Bait and switch” Purchased a sweat shirt and was sent a garment not even close to the advertised display. They ghosted me after reaching out for a return request.
UPDATE finally two weeks plus went by, the customer service Rep email stated a return would have to ship to China and work with China for any refund after they deduct handling, restock as well the shipping was on Me. Imagine that after it was shipped from an East Coast Warehouse. Registered company Boston Warehouse out of Canada, TUCOWS, 96 Mowatt Ave., Toronto, ON.

The reviews are confusing. I was looking for Boston Wardrobe in NZ, and clothing company. Reviews are talking about a totally different product. This is confusing and worth nothing.

The picture of the Dutton Exclusive Sweatshirt is so misleading. What looks like elbow patches are just painted on the cheap fabric. There is no elastic at the bottom, so the "shirt" just hangs like a tent. I bought the XL and it was so small that if I washed it the sleeves would be 3/4 length. Save yourself disappointment and buy a product that you can inspect before buying, rather than on Facebook.

Quote presentation and design was good. Workmanship was on time and of excellent quality.

The Boston staff put in the time and effort to come up with an optimal solution for our small wardrobe space. They explored variations, stuck with us as we took our time and then put it in place, really well.

Our designer Bonnie was great even with the multiple changes made.
Installation was seemless and wait time was as described and no more and we were even able to squeeze it all in before Christmas which was so appreciated.

Well organised and great communication from start to finish. The end product looks awesome.

I was trying to decide between Boston Wardrobes and another company and ended up choosing BW because I liked the girls I dealt with who were always lovely and very helpful. I had dealings with a few of them and they were all great.
We don’t wear shoes in our house and when I gave them a heads up about it for the installation, they were helpful to ensure that shoes would not be worn. When the installer came, he was very good about it and he made it not an issue at all and even had his own slippers that he could put on outside, when he was having to go back and forth to his van. I really liked the fact that he didn’t go outside in his socks and then walk back into the house with dirty socks which is what a lot of people do! The installer was efficient, very friendly and I was very happy with him. Great staff, great service.

No fuss, regular communication and great / high quality product

Lee was great to deal with and very accommodating with all our requested changes. we look forward to working with her in the new year for our other wardrobe.

This is the fourth place we have used Boston Wardrobes to sort out our new wardrobe spaces and have been delighted with their work every time. Once again a great job and I am very pleased with it
From the outset the service from the sales staff was excellent and informative and the construction was great and very good service from the installers.

Although the doors did not get installed correctly in the first instance, i was impressed with the speed at which the problem was fixed.

The team at Boston has done a great job with our new wardrobes from design to install. Thank you, they look great and are exactly what I needed.

While the supply of the not wanted handles were sent (replaced by purchasing at Mitre 10) and being told they weren't available was very frustrating. The installer however was very good and helpful. We have ended up with a good result.

All good generally but there was delay in wardrobe doors as initially wrong size
