bouldersbythesea.com Ripoff

Stuart Adams, Owner of bouldersbythesea.com 7612 5th Ave N, St Petersburg, FL 33710-**** Can you really trust a man that would ripoff a disabled veteran? Stuart was selling new Starite pool pumps on Craigslist. Paid up front over $2000 for equipment but he only filled half the agreed upon order. This was mail order so no recourse. He still owes more than $1000 refund but he refuses to pay. I have been waiting for over three years He has no excuse for Stealing my hard earned cash

User's recommendation: Do not give this man money upfront. He will rip you off. Make sure work is completed first.
