Pop Up Bunnies no-show
I ordered some pop-up bunnies on March 9 for Easter. I received an order summary from Paypal on March 11 which indicated an extra charge of $8.99 for "taxes" the item was only worth $8.99. I emailed the company and asked them to cancel my order. Instead, they removed the $8.99 from my charge and said it was too late to cancel the order, but I could return the items once they arrived. I never received an expected delivery date. On March 28 , almost 20 days after I placed the order, I still had not received the items. They said they would resend the order. Here it is, April 13, and still no items. This amounts to scam in my book. They respond to customer inquiry, but it is all AI generated. They tell me are within the anticipated delivery window - and its been 35 days! Don't order unless you want your blood pressure to go up and you don't mind feeling like you've been duped!
