These is a SCAM Website. They are bl00dy thieves and they will get what's coming for them soon. They don't know who they are dealing with.

They will take your money and never deliver. All their socials are blocked and they do not respond to message.

I have an order from their web for a. Week only my money was deposited no answer no tracking
Tried to reach the phone is out of range no messenger nor insta nor website answer me it seems to me fraud
Tried to cancle the order nothing happened
Anyone can get to them plz contact me mayarafeh(at)hotmail.com or we need to apply as group to close the site it is fake or fraud
I have made contacted the bank NBKGroup that their transaction get through to hold the account of the boutiqat.com as they are fake web so please everyone contact with them make contact +965 22248361 or anyway they can
And make their point we may get our money back also contacted with the https://www .moi.gov. kw/main/ sections/cyber-crime cyber crime they should take an action ,

I paid makeup 30/7-22 and still waiting.
They don’t answer my messages and the chat is a joke there’s nobody there.
I so upset
It seems legit but it’s not.

I knew lately that It’s directed by an Indians and Bangladeshi guys stealing money from people it’s been reported hundred times and it’s not closed!!! They stole my money may Allah punish them so hard

Fake company. Paid for my order. Items never received. Called the landline several times but no answer. Tried contacting them on Instagram - comments on their posts are disabled and messaging is limited. Surprise surprise!

This website is a fraud they charged me the full amount as I placed the order and never shipped it nor refunded me ! I tried to contact them via phone, emails and chat and no one answers. I requested a refund through the website and it wasnt processed. راح اشتكي عليكم عند الجرائم الالكترونية وحماية المستهلك .

To all people take care, don't buy from boutiqat websites it's fake, they will never send your orders or they will not refund your money.
I purchased item from that store no order receive and no money refund.
No email or phone answering .

I wrote my bad experience with them here 2 weeks before,and once i post it they finally replied on the chat support and they tried to let me delete my review in order refund my money back and i told them i'll not delete it unless you return me my payments otherwise i'll go to police station, and they told me go to hell and do what you want!
SUCH A false thieves!! may God not forgive you!

it is one of the worst websites !! they stole my money I order from 24.Sep.2018 and still didn't receive my shipment they don't respond at all telephone, Email, Instagram, Twitter etc...
the funny thing that they changed the status of my shipment to "Delivered" ?!?!?!?!

Very bad online purchase experience, careless customer service .

We had a very bad experience with your company. My wife requsted an item since 2 weeks. The payment was deducted immediately. We didn't receive the item till now without any notice from you for any possibil delay or apology for that. We tried to contact your company by all means that was received with negligence and rudeness from your side. You are literally money stealer!! STOP BUY FROM THEM!!!
