Poor Quality of Work and High Price
I had received my ring after placing a custom order to engrave on the stone hand made on a plane silver ring but when i saw the engraving on the stone the quality of writing is so poor and the silver band looks so chunky and big like a pot, i thought they had good goldsmiths and artists but after looking at their work i am very disappointed and i wouldn't recommend for custom making with these people because they dont care to know enough what exactly you want to make and you end up trusting to give a try first time and then you end up feeling wasted money and paid duty and handling etc etc fees....its not worth it !!!!

Stone falls out repeatedly
Stone fell out of the ring in the first week. Costumer service just said to use superglue. I did. Again and again and again because the stone keeps falling out. So bad quality.
