Deposited a bunch of money today to play blackjack. It was so blatantly obvious that the system is rigged. I constantly got hands from 12 to 16, while the dealer got hands of 20 & 21. At one point the dealer had 4 blackjacks in a row. Everytime I increased my bet, the dealer got a blackjack. I'm not being a sore loser, but it was total bullshit.

The system does not track or react to when a player increases their bet, and it does not adjust outcomes based on player activity. Every round is generated randomly and follows the same game rules at all times.
We truly value fair gameplay and transparency for all of our members.

Don't use this casino. It's a scam. I told them to shove there bonus money you know where. When you get one of those 100% bonuses there's some games you can't play with it. I get that but the scam there running. After you get done playing what you deposited. That's when there bonus kicks in and there's only a select few games that you are allowed to play. It does not mix with you deposit it shows it's mixed but it's not. So you play your deposit first and then there part can only be played an a select few games. It's totally a scam it's not in no way shape or form a 100% match. Like all the other casinos I have played online. I didn't even want to play there bonus money on the sorry games that it was allowed on I told them to keep it and disable my account

I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of customer service. I’ve been waiting over a month for a response to my email and still haven’t received any real help or resolution. I’ve followed up multiple times during that period, only to be told to “keep waiting,” which is honestly unacceptable.
At this point, it feels like my issue is just being ignored. A month is more than enough time to at least provide an update or some kind of meaningful response. Being repeatedly told to wait without any progress or clear communication is incredibly disappointing.
The email contained:
I’m writing to formally dispute the claim that I abused a promotional bonus and to request the release of my withheld withdrawal.
Here is exactly what occurred:
I watched a UFC event with a friend, who decided he wanted to place bets. I had him sign up for his own account using his own information. We both placed bets while watching the fights together. My friend lost his bets, and I won mine. After meeting the bonus wagering requirements and reaching a 100% bonus completion, I attempted to withdraw $1,137.00.
During the withdrawal process, I repeatedly received error codes. I contacted your support team and followed all troubleshooting steps provided, including resetting the app, using a different device, toggling airplane mode, and other recommendations. After these steps, the withdrawal finally went through.
The following morning, I was notified that my account was flagged for “bonus abuse,” and my funds were withheld.
I strongly disagree with this determination. I did not engage in any prohibited activity, and I am fully willing to cooperate to resolve this matter. I can provide any documentation required, including:
Proof of my identity
Verification details for my friend’s account
Email confirmations
Any additional information you need to verify that all activity was legitimate
I respectfully request a clear explanation of how my actions violated your terms and that my withdrawal be reviewed and released promptly. I have acted in good faith throughout this process and simply want access to funds I rightfully won.
