Property DAMAGE No Care and Poor Service
Well, the markings for all utilities were taken, but these guys still decided to bring a bobcat, without hesitation as to what could be in the ground, tore up my sprinklers. Common sense, a shovel should have been used for the first few minutes to determine if any wires, pipes (which is not ideal location) were next to the tank. I was in a meeting, if only the meeting had not taken place, I would have stopped them from using a bobcat to rip into the ground without first carefully checking what is nearby. There are two PVC pipes sticking out of the ground with no purpose other than to warn something is near the tank. First these guys thought it was my main water line, with all the water pouring out! Thank goodness it was not. Then one of the guys explained my septic tank was between my ranch fence and wanted to get his sledgehammer to break the fence. Mind you, I took the fence down or gate in 25 minutes. End, cost me $2500 for the risers, and will cost Me another $1000 for the sprinklers! To management, try and get you folks to care a bit more about your potential customers property! I am not sure why all the positive ratings on Google, but I cannot help wondering if there is something 🤔 about my household that is different!
Update: 08-07-2023, the damages by this company are so severe, it is costing me an additional $2200 to repair the sprinkler system. Conserva Irrigation is here now, and I am adding additional pictures to show what those two, non-caring employees of Bowen's Septic Tank, destroyed my yard, sprinkler system. The Conserva tech said they did not have to cut the wiring to 10 zones, one pipe was hit, and they, Bowen's careless guys decided to cut all wires. I do not care about your contract my wife signed. My next steps are, BBB, Trust Pilot, Google Reviews, social media. Channel 2 & Channel (Fox Five) consumer news and next to file a lawsuit against Bowen's Septic Tank. Does not matter about your contract but I plan to show the judge how negligent your guys were. Trust me, a judge can go past any contract. I will not let you get away with what you did to my home!
