Products good, ordering and delivery not so
The delivery process has been getting worse and worse for my last few orders and I am quite frustrated; the delivery messages are conflicting, delivery took eight days this time. Please drop Evri and return to Amazon. And the day the delivery arrived I got an email from Bower ‘are you running out, do you need to re-order?’ That does not make me happy. But I still like the products so may try again

Products are absolutely lovely
Products are absolutely lovely, clean well and smell amazing. Only 2 issues I have found so far are to do with bottles - one of my hand wash bottles the ‘hand wash” label rubbed off pretty much straight away and there is no designated floor cleaner glass bottle yet. Delivery service is really good with reminders in case any changes are required.

Dreadful Company.
Dreadful Company to deal with. I placed an order on the 12th of June and still nothing has arrived. Contacted customer services who were very slow in responding and they advised it had been delivered of which it had not. I replied to them to advise nothing had been received, waiting another week for a reply and nothing so I sent a Facebook message which again took a few days for a response. Emailed senior management and no reply from them either. A shambles of a company that should be avoided.

Beautiful scents
Beautiful scents, really refreshing and makes my bathroom feel clean and luxurious. Lovely packaging, happy to gave the bottles out on show.
The limescale remover works so well and my shower screen is sparkling with no effort from me.
