Dreadful Company.
Dreadful Company to deal with. I placed an order on the 12th of June and still nothing has arrived. Contacted customer services who were very slow in responding and they advised it had been delivered of which it had not. I replied to them to advise nothing had been received, waiting another week for a reply and nothing so I sent a Facebook message which again took a few days for a response. Emailed senior management and no reply from them either. A shambles of a company that should be avoided.

Beautiful scents
Beautiful scents, really refreshing and makes my bathroom feel clean and luxurious. Lovely packaging, happy to gave the bottles out on show.
The limescale remover works so well and my shower screen is sparkling with no effort from me.

Love the whole idea
I love the Bower Collective products in any case, but definitely get a 'buzz' from returning the empty pouches, knowing that I have played a very small part in keeping plastics out of landfill.

Great customer service
I contacted customer services to ask if I could delay my delay my recurring order due to not having used the product up yet. I expected a ‘no’ but happily got a ‘yes’ which really helps for a single person.
The limescale remover is what I ordered and it really works 👍

Game changer
I haven't been able to get the limescale off my shower screen or taps despite trying many products and scrubbing like crazy. One spray of your limescale remover did the shower doors and a couple took care of most of the taps.
Amazing and to think it is all sustainable, vegan and made in the UK.
