Dissapointed with a previous military…
Dissapointed with a previous military discount that I was looking at. The promo was for the velecore bike with $700 off with Free Standard Shipping. Current promotions are unclear and very misleading. Spoke with Sales Team Leader and he was very rude...bad first impression of the company. I am 100% disabled veteran and feel like I was mislead. The original deal would have brought my total to $1499 witrh free shipping. However dispite the rudeness I still wanted the velecore 22 bike because it seems the most compatiable with my service connected disablities. I ended up paying $1,865.99 total instead of the $1499. Will not suggest to a freind to go through bowflex direct. Even the current google listings even say free shipping which is misleading.

Dont fall for the discount code
During my order, I was asked to enter my email for an additional $50 off. I did this, then went to check out, and will not honor the code. After I already entered the information of coarse.

Insufficient Dumbbell Recall Voucher
My dumbbells were recalled, but I was only given a $125 voucher for them. Now I am having to spend more money to get more dumbbells and the $125 voucher barely makes a dent in the cost. It feels like they are profiting off of their own mistake and I am having to pay twice for the dumbbells because of it.

Here’s what we are doing and why we are doing it:
· The original company that sold the product prior to April 23, 2024, Nautilus, Inc., went bankrupt. That company
no longer exists.
· That bankrupt company, Nautilus, designed, manufactured, and sold these dumbbell sets prior to filing for
bankruptcy in 2024. We were not involved in any aspect of the products Nautilus made and sold prior to April
23, 2024.
· Our company acquired some of that bankrupt company’s assets in April of 2024 through the bankruptcy process—but
we did not buy the company or its liabilities. We did not assume any responsibility for past sales or issues with
the products Nautilus made and sold.
· We did not make any money from 552 and 1090 dumbbells sold by Nautilus before it went out of business.
Simply put: we had no involvement with the design, manufacture, or sale of these dumbbells prior to April 23,
2024.
· We are stepping up to provide the pro-rated voucher to U.S. consumers who bought recalled dumbbells from a
bankrupt company, even though we have no obligation to do so. Offering this voucher is a good-faith gesture
from our company to help U.S. consumers replace the product—even if they bought recalled dumbbells from
Nautilus several years ago. Making this extra effort fully aligns with our company’s commitment to helping our
customers lead healthy lives.
The type of remedy, and the full amount of the remedy, is displayed at the time the claim is submitted, so full disclosure was visible at that time.

Do not buy
Do not buy, the treadmill gave out after less than 12 uses model BXT8J. Just tried to call for repair assistance, no one at the numbers listed and the phone numbers given by them could assist.

Hi, David. I'm so sorry you ran into difficulties with your recall claim. It looks like, in this case, a proof of purchase was not supplied with the claim itself, so we had to go by the date on the serial number. I do show that it has been resolved at this time. If you did not receive the voucher in the correct amount, please reply to the email you have. The correct voucher was sent out a couple of weeks ago.

I have bought the bowflex workout…
I have bought the bowflex workout machine, the TreadClimber and now the Elliptical and have nothing but good things to say about all three. Just hope the Elliptical continues to help me achieve my goal. Time will tell. The Elliptical arrived faster than I expected so that was very nice.
P.S. I still have them all and they all work great.
