Checkout was so easy
This was a gift for my son so he did the hard part. He picked the equipment that he wanted. All I had to do was pay for it. Some places put you through hoops but this was easy peasy. Also, shipping was so fast. 2 days and he had them and he is thrilled!! Oh! Did I mention free shipping???

Terrible company
Terrible company. The dumbbell recall could not have been handled any worse. Recall indicated $60 voucher for older dumbbells. Received $20 credit for dumbbells that I paid $300. Waited 2 months for this BS credit.

Bowflex is Scamming Customers on Recalls
Bowflex will scam you with recalls. Had to buy these AGAIN after Bowflex did a recall and only gave a $95 voucher for a $400+ product. Originally purchased less than 2-years ago.

The website reflects the quality of the Bowflex products in a clear and straight forward manner. It was also easy to place my order. An acknowledgement was emailed to me immediately afterwards with a detailed explanation of the shipping process and when I would be contacted in the future.

I'm so happy AGAIN!
I'm so happy! This will be my third 552 dumbbell set. In the past I have owned one set new and one set pre-owned of the 552 series. I am well aware of the plate situation in the past and that is why I am SO HAPPY! Addressing this and offering a new 552 series is just PERFECT! I love these dumbbells! Have for many years! Over the past few years of working out at home has been just great and now with these improvements to enjoy, well you can say that I am one very pleased and happy 76 year old guy. THANKS AGAIN!
