Excellent customer service
I ordered my five drawer jewellery box which arrived in five business days. Unfortunately upon opening it I discovered the mirror was smashed and there was a small chip on one corner of the lid of the box. I emailed Boxed of Elegance and had a response within half an hour which I thought pretty good for late on a Friday. They apologised and asked for a couple of photos which I took and sent through. Again, they responded quickly, apologised again and let me know they would send another jewellery box. On Monday morning I received notification to say a new jewellery box had been shipped, and again I received it within five business days. This time it was in perfect condition and absolutely gorgeous. I'm very happy with my practical and elegant jewellery box, thank you!
