No star...Really bad service. Furniture was broken. sofa came back dirty. Table came back with scratch.It was insured for any kind of damage however this company denied this.

Great service from start to finish
We used Boxie24 to store our goods whilst we have renovations works carried out on our apartment. The whole service from the sales to the pick up to delivery has been excellent. I would like to give a special shout out to Michael D, he was very atentive and responsive with any queries we had before and during the time of storing our belongings. 5 stars!!!

Great solution!
The service was really great. Prompt communication via email and phone from Michael made the process so much easier. I loved the experience
I loved the experience. It was so nice not to hold on to a ton of boxes after moving, and the box quality was great! We used some paper boxes with BOXIE plastic boxes. Few of the paper boxes broke because we moved on a rainy day.
I wish I rented more boxes from here.

It was super easy to organize it!
In one day I made the request through the website, the next they called me to confirm if the storage size was indeed good enough for the amount of things I had and we agreed on a time of collection. I put my billing information and the next week (on the day I wanted it) they came by. Everyone, from the email, to the phone and to the drivers were polite, on time and easy to talk to. I would book it again!

Hidden costs
Hidden costs, dropped furniture or the ground and their storage is outside of Amsterdam. It can not be accessed and they do not release your items nor they want to give them back until paying added fees.
I’d recommend to check a storage that gives you a key towards your items, not this service, for sure! Good luck 🍀
