I purchased not one but two…
I purchased not one but two motherboards for my pc which had died after years of service. Motherboard arrived and worked for about 2.5 days slowly failing till it stopped booting the BIOS had cleared itself, resulting in a dead board. I returned it and got refunded. When the money arrived back in my account (7 days?) I again bought the same make and model from same company. The 2nd one turned up dead as a dodo. This time I sent it back again and was refunded again (7 days weird it takes a sec to take my money but days to return it? ) I asked for further info when I contacted seller and true to his word someone got back to me. Now realise I worked as Electronic's Engineer working in some prestigious places, replacing motherboards and every other item in a pc, laptop, computer devices made, repaired and upgraded pc's every day till I retired at 67 after 47 years in the trade, but still dabble. When my refund appeared in my bank again I bought a 3rd motherboard directly from a company I trusted , it arrived I fitted it and my PC is of course working better than ever. Well I today received a e-mail from them , blaming me for either dropping, or damaging the old motherboard. I contacted them with a scathing message of my experience in the industry and suggested they look for A.N Other for blame. They are now on my naughty list. Don't buy anything I believe the board to be an item returned then repackaged. i.e. second hand
