I ordered 2 shelves never received them and no response from company thankfully I paid through PayPal so was able to get full refund this so called company needs investigating as such a big scam avoid at all costs

I DON'T KNOW HOW THE TRADING STANDARDS ARE ALLOWING THIS COMPANY TO KEEP ON TRADING ONLINE. THEY NEVER SEND YOU THE STUFF YOU PURCHASED. IT'S PURE ROBBERY.

If I could give an ultra negative rating I would. I just wish I had looked at reviews before purchasing something from this business. As others have said this director/limited company fail to respond to any emails. The company at this date is still active per Companies House. I do question whether it is trading with knowledge of insolvency or committing taking customer monies with no intention of providing goods and services. Absolutely avoid this company.

An absolutely awful experience. I ordered some placemats, shortly afterwards received an email saying that the order was received and being dealt with then.......nothing total radio silence, no replies to so called customer services chat, phone number not working. Message after message ignored and still no order or follow up email.
Thankfully I'd used klarna and they intervened on my behalf and after six weeks with no order in sight they cancelled my payment 🙃
So in conclusion, no I do not recommend at all...

I bought my mum a nice herb chopper on the 8th May!
It has never arrived, I have emailed multiple times and NO ONE REPLIES!!!!!

Thank goodness I didn't buy an expensive item just to be ripped off. Bought a cushion cover, never arrived, they never respond to emails. Trading standards need to get involved. Wish I'd read reviews first

Ordered £60 worth of products, got a confirmation email then nothing. I've sent numerous emails and never had a response. Even tried messaging them on Instagram but nothing. Do not recommend. Awful.

I placed an order and received the order confirmation email, then nothing.

Item never arrived (it's been nearly a month). Was meant to be 3-5 days, as that's what I paid for. They never responded to my email either!

My elderly parents ordered a driftwood bulldog from this company. It hasn’t never arrived never ever arrived and numerous emails have gone unanswered! Disgusting company. Star clear if you don’t want your money stolen!

I made a purchase in January and have never received the items even though they have taken payment.
I have emailed several times and never had a reply.

Did not receive item been over a week.

to this day I still have not received your delivery. Order of January 15.
