Communication is not a priority
The response times from BPA Immigration Lawyers has been deeply concerning, stretching to a frustrating week or even ten days for a simple follow-up. Despite my proactive efforts in sending chaser emails and making phone calls specifically requesting an email response, the delays persisted. It's evident that customer service and clear communication are not priority within their operational framework. When a response finally did arrive regarding a crucial decision between two options, it was a bafflingly unhelpful "yes". Yes to what I thought? How is this person trustworthy enough to deal with my legal matters? This ambiguous answer only amplified my anxiety, knowing that further clarification would likely take another disheartening six days. Throughout the extended periods of waiting, my anxiety levels escalated as I diligently checked my inbox daily, desperately hoping for the response needed. This experience has left me feeling unimportant and overlooked. It's disheartening to feel that James, the attorney with whom I initially established a positive rapport, has not engaged with my emails or provided the professional legal insight in a timely manner. Consequently, I am left with feelings of hopelessness as a client.
