I strongly advise anyone considering BPS Residential Agency to look elsewhere. Their customer service is absolutely appalling. They never answer the phone, and emails go ignored for days, sometimes over a week, even after leaving several messages. It genuinely feels like they are not bothered to do their job at all.
For landlords, I feel sorry for anyone trusting them to manage their properties — tenants and owners alike deserve far better communication and professionalism. For tenants, expect frustration and long waits for even the simplest responses.
