NEVER USE BRANSHAWS they are totally…

NEVER USE BRANSHAWS they are totally crooked. They swamp the market with so called half price offers and different codes then dont send what was ordered. I ordered a pair of Micro Infi i Ear plugs and paid £79 plus postage total £82.95. But they only sent one This could have been just a simple misunderstanding so I telephoned and spoke to KAREN who calls herself the Customer Service Adviser. She was incredibly UNHELPFUL and kept talking over me.she said the problem was my fault as I had given her the wrong code. When i looked at all their advets and leaflets each had a different code for the same thing although they all had the same price except one. however she STILL refused to send me anothee one pod UNLESS I paid another £50!! to make up the pair so instead of buying THE PAIR FOR £79 I was charged £79 FOR ONE and they now want to charge me extra to make up the pair. When I asked to speak to her manager she would not give a name until I insisted, then she just said NATASHA who could be anyone. Karen had already kept me waiting on the phone for nearly half hour, she said to check things. But when she finally came back nothong had been resolvrd . All she said was she was NOT GOING TO SEND ANOTHER POD TO MAKE THE PAIR UNLESS I PAID ANOTHER £50 ..At this point I rang off and contacted my banks fraud squad. This all happenrd today so I will update when this is finally resolved.Right now I am so angry that someone
working in customer service and there presumably to keep their customers happy has been so incredibly BAD AND UNHELFUL AT HER JOB. I thank God I dont employ anyone who would treat a customer the way she did with me.

Appalling Treatment of Customer

I write this review to clear the below invalid, unfounded, inaccurate, fabricated accusations.

Owner completely falsified factual events (outlined below) through an email to me. This highlights the owners sheer absence of integrity and clearly bestows and promotes this culture directly onto the staff.

Owners email claims the staff stopped serving the below mentioned patreon 90 minutes before I arrived to the pub at 9pm.

March 2024

Falsely accused by a female member of bar staff of intoxicating a patron through the purchase of a single measure of bacardai which the patron DID NOT consume. The female member of bar staff had no issue charging and dispensing said measure. So after an entire evening of drinking by the patreon (up to and past closing time) I was targeted by the barmaid as the culprit for her condition, a girl I never met before that evening and purchased one shot for her and one for me at closing time. The question is who served her the alcohol all night. Clearly profit trumped the owners duty of care.
