Phoned up 2 times enquiring about a skip hire. The guy on the phone has a horrible attitude both times, rude from the off. He was unbelievably unhelpful too.

Someone a few doors away from my house, along with Bradwell Skips have placed a skip directly outside my house, blocking access to my driveway, stopping me putting a car on my drive, without asking permission. I have tried knocking on several doors without success. I emailed Bradwell and phoned them telling the issue, the skip is still there. Absolutely disgusting and I am fuming

I regret hiring a skip from these people who promise to remove it when full in under two weeks. Ours has been sitting outside for almost twelve weeks now despite numerous phone calls. Absolutely appalling.

I would rate my experience with Bradwell skip hire to 0. Client service is appalling. Person on the phone horrible attitude claiming to be the owner. Damaging the company’s reputation when boss on holiday. Basic courtesy missing. Rude attitude. Yelling at me and calling me names. I want their skip out of my driveway and never again

Always brilliant service from Bradwells. I have used them for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else.
The skips are always delivered on time and picked up quickly.

Skip was very tatty, i wasn't expecting a brand new skip but the bottom of the skip has all rusted away and had a board inside blocking the holes.
This company is not in a rush to collect once off hired.
I off hired 1 week ago and the skip is still on the drive, any longer and i will be charging them rent!!!

I have to spoil the 5 star review stats. Request for our skip to be collected was done on Weds 23rd March and I'm still waiting for it to be collected. Phoned on Monday and the male staff member that answered the phone was, rude brush and very unhelpful. I'm assured this skip will be collected today but it's now 2pm so Im not holding out much hope. This is why I was reluctant to gave a skip as getting them collected seems to be a difficulty.

This is the 2nd time I have ordered a skip from Bradwells for my house renovation. Both times, it arrived late (not "on the day" late, but actually 1 or 2 days after it was supposed to arrive), and neither time did I receive a courtesy call to explain it wouldn't arrive, nor an apology once it had arrived. Both skips were ordered well in advance (the latest almost 3 weeks), and I had called 2 or 3 days before it was due both times to check it was going to arrive and was told yes. Customers dont mind when things go wrong, as long as they receive an apology when it is not their fault. I wont be using Bradwells again, which is a shame as I am going to be in need of a lot more skips on the project I am completing.

Booked online and assumed selecting am delivery would mean the skip would come in the morning. This didn't happen which was a shame. Saying that the driver was great and managed to navigate a very tight street.
