The customer service at this company is very poor. I contacted them specifically looking for keyboard locator dots, which are basically a round, flat piece of tape with a braille dot in the centre. After going back and forth, Justin assured me that it was called a tiny round bump dot and gave me an item number. I ordered several cards of these, as well as some other dots to pad out the order. What I got instead of the locator dots was four cards of small dots, which are the size of a lentil. Useless for what I needed. When I contacted the company about what I'd received, Justin made no effort to acknowledge or resolve the problem. I didn't need four cards of small dots. They're cheaper at Temu.
