Longer order processing time and longest refund timelines
They have longer order processing times, almost a month sometimes and their refund process is equally ridiculous, the customer care team doesn’t seem to be there to care for customer but rather there for excuses, they promise to refund you for cancellation in 14 days which is unexpected timelines, and after 14 days you still need to send them reminders for refunds as if they just want you to forget about the refunds. Pathetic experience of buying from them as they also charge delivery and return fees.

I never realised that it will be delivered after a month..after a month, it was still undelivered and it says on the order status, processing!!! WTH!!! Still processing after more than a month? I made a return it was received back to the suppliers I have never had to do this before with other returns to Brandalley because no refund has been made I contacted the supplier and they told me I paid Brandalley and they have to make the refund.after waiting the time for refund 5-7 Days I contacted brandalley to ask where is my refund to be told the process was lost in Limbo?They said I would get my refund in a day or 2.
I have still not got my refund of over £100 and is now day 5 after being told on 05/08/2024 I would get my refund in a day or 2.

Do not buy from BrandAlley. I have bought Liv Oliver jewellery from the website for £55 - original pricing was apparently around £200. When it arrived, it came in plastic packaging, not its original packaging. Secondly, the quality of earrings were awful - absolutely not worth the BrandAlley discounted or its original price. It is difficult to believe that the branded items on BrandAlley are legitimate. On top of that, customer service is awful - lacking professionalism.

Bought some ‘Gucci’ sunglasses which arrived in exquisite packaging. The actual glasses are very poor quality and I’m convinced they are fake. Paid over £200 for them. All BA want is photos. Wish I had taken more notice but they haven’t been used over the winter. I’ll never buy from them again. Anyone else received poor quality glasses?

I received an email advising ‘ Please may I ask you to contact us if you have not received notification of your refund for this return within 7 days from the date of collection?’. I did so today, having not heard anything, only to receive a reply from the same person telling me ‘ Please be aware that returns can take up to 14 days from posting the item, to receiving a return and refund confirmation email, as advised on our site’ and telling me to be patient.

I used BrandAlley for the first time recently and am still waiting for my post shat two weeks. have tried to stop BrandAlley sending me constant frequent advertising emails without success. I will never use them again whatever quality product I receive. Terrible customer service!
Definitely wouldn't recommend Brandalley
Ordered 3 items and paid £7.95 for next day delivery. On the confirmation email it said that one item would be about 3 weeks before the delivery (even though they took my money for delivery the next day). The other 2 items have still not arrived. So much for paying £7.95 for next day delivery
They lied to Paypal!
I ordered two items, only one was sent but they didn't refund the missing item. I complained to PayPal but Brandalley lied to PayPal, saying they sent it. They then confirmed by email to me that the second item is not in stock. BUT they won't tell Paypal. They even erased the record of my order on my client account page but I took screenshots before.

J'ai commandé deux articles, un seul a été envoyé mais ils n'ont pas remboursé l'article manquant. Je me suis plaint auprès de PayPal mais Brandalley a menti à PayPal en disant qu'ils l'avaient envoyé. Ils m'ont ensuite confirmé par email que le deuxième article n'était pas en stock. MAIS ils ne le diront pas à Paypal. Ils ont même effacé l'enregistrement de ma commande sur la page de mon compte client mais j'ai déjà pris des captures d'écran.

Appalling and disgraceful! Ordered a gucci scarf for my mothers birthday,
They created an order and label and item was never delivered! Called to enquire and I was told it’s showing on the tracking as delivered! They are a complete fraud please please do not purchase anything from them. I have chases with Royal Mail too who confirmed the order has not even made it to to the warehouse. They are refusing to refund and it makes sense why they have the sales on to entice more people to purchase. I have never had issues with delivery, with any other reputable company and shopping online . I hope Trading Standards can offer to query their fraudulent business.
BA have lost my return
I tried to return a fur gilet but the site refused to issue a code for scanning at the post office so I sent it by first class post instead. Having informed BrandAlley with proof of receipt they are now denying receipt of the goods which means I may have to pay £300 for something no longer have.
