Bought light which broke.
Returned light at their request which then took 6 months and about 30 phone calls to get them to keep their flimsy promise.
Do not use these liars.
They're only running the company as one big 'Piggy Bank' for themselves.

After over a year of false promises, they failed to deliver my furniture in good order! I asked for a refund....£648.... More false promises, nothing....I hired a solicitor, threaten to take them to court, but she told me that I was wasting my money, her background checks provided many CCJ's that had never been paid. So I went to Barclays, for a VISA Chargeback claim.... They said no, but the ombudsman said Yes! Got my money back!
Please do not buy from these people it will only cause you heartache if it is wrong. These people are common thieves and unfortunately the law is not written well enough to deal with their behaviour! My advice stay away for good!

We ordered over the phone, was told the goods would be with us by the end of the week. We never got the email confirmation promises and still no sign of the lights we have paid for.
Can't get hold of them, website down.
Trying to get out money back via the bank, though without any proof of purchase except the payment, it's proving hard!

I'm not a UK citizen, but I really liked the lights, so I ordered some for my new house.
The guy had kindly answer me until I placed and PAYED the order.
After complaining about not receiving the goods, they answered me that they'd have chasing up both the warehouse and courier.

After almost three months I never received the goods, plus as I waited more than 45 days to open a dispute, I didn't get any refund by PayPal either.
I think this issue will finish in a court, as I spent more a lot of money and I think in 2014 this in unacceptable.

This company is just rubbish!

Bought a display cabinet from them, and it never got delivered! Promised 2 days delivery as well! It's been to more than a month and I've not seen the cabinet! Quick to take money off you, but will never reply or answer of your calls and emails. Tried numerous times to contact, but always diverted to voice mail!

Up to now, I'm trying to get my money back from the bank! This fraudulent company must be stopped! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!

I spent £176 pounds with this company and never received my item! They ignored my phone calls and emails and I was only able to get my money back by raising a dispute via PayPal.
Avoid!!!

Despite contacting this company 30+ times about a broken light - bought for over £500 nothing has been done. To make matters worse the light that I received was not even the one I ordered! Steer clear at all costs!

Don't ever consider purchasing from these morons, not even if they are the last retailer on earth! Check out their horrendous negative feedback on eBay too, if you need further clarification. 

They keenly and politely answered my sales enquiries, but as soon as they had my funds they completely ignored me. I didn't even receive a confirmation of order.

I ended up cancelling my order, yet it was not acknowledged, nor was a refund forthcoming. Luckily I had also opened a PayPal dispute, and obtained an enforced refund, by escalating the claim.

I placed an order with The Home Lighting Centre instead, and received excellent service. They have their own website, and also an eBay shop. My advice is; never forget to thoroughly check all feedback before parting with your money!

Ordered items back in April 2014.

They charged my credit card and have failed to deliver the goods.

Ask for and was promised a refund which hasn't materialised.

I am in the process of making a "claim back " through my credit card company.

Put it this way im off to court to try and get my money back

July 2013 we purchased 2 sets of LED decking lights at a cost of 150 pounds. Delivery was promised within 5 working days. Approximately 2months later, several phone calls and emails trying to contact them to ask when will our order be delivered they arrived, however after 2 weeks they stopped working. We contacted Branded Lighting and we were advised to return them which we did by recorded delivery. Since November we still have not received either replacements or a refund. We are constantly calling and emailing them to no avail. Their after sales service is non existent, they are extremely rude and will not refund your money. Do not believe anything that Keith tells you as he is more concerned about holding onto your money. They should be investigated by Trading Standards so until that happens please protect your finances and do not purchase from this company.

I bought a set of decking light from branded lighting and I fitted them myself, all was great. Then after about 2 weeks one of the lights stopped worked. These light are sealed units as they are IP68 rated so I could't look inside to see why it wasn't working. I contacted Branded Lighting by phone and told them what was wrong, there reply was they would contact Saxby Lighting whom they had got them from and send a replacment straight away. Didn't arrive. After about 10 days I emailed them and said that nothing had arrived and again replied they would sort this out.
A long story short, I called and called and emailed and emailed, I contacted Citizens Advice, they told me what to write and give them 14 days to comply, they ignored it like most of my emails. CAB said I could make a claim through PAYPAL as I paid through them but they wouldn't help as I had exceeded 40 days after the purchase.
In a nutshell Branded Lighting have ignored the fact that I was within my rights to have that item replaced and now 7 months on I still have a faulty decking light.
Very poor service, do NOT buy from this company.

I returned goods to them and they simply refused to credit me and I am having to pursue them through the courts. One of the items was surplus to requirements and the other was missing a part so no excuse for not giving me my money back!

Bunch of crooks and they shouldnt be allowed to trade. I am also in the process of having them looked into by Trading Standards.

YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, THEY ARE CHEAP BECAUSE THEY ARE RUBBISH!
