Unfair Return Policy

Very disappointing service
Ordered my wife some pandora jewellery with a gift box for valentines. It arrived absolutely destroyed in transport. Emailed them instantly and also used their whatsapp service. Took 5 days to get an email response and no ever actually responded via their whats app.
Sent them pictures of the damaged delivery and bent jewellery as soon as it arrived, but over 3 weeks later it has not been resolved. All they have said is that they have contacted FedEx about it and FedEx have not responded.
Surely you should resolved your customers issue as the priority and deal with your delivery partner separately.
