I downloaded the app it told me to download so I can track the package, and 10 days later it still said "Pending" so I emailed asking why it still hadn't been shipped - they sent me a link to track the package through the courier that STILL said it was to be shipped. It took over 2 weeks to get my shoes. I unfortunately ordered a size down from what I wanted, I emailed asking for advice on exchanging as I am not in Aussie (I am in NZ) and the instructions sent with the package only applied to AUS - TWO days later they replied and said I would have to pay for shipping which I was absolutely not doing.

I am severely dissatisfied with my experience.

Due to having surgery on both ankles it was time for some orthotic friendly shoes, and I can never find a great range in stores. I ordered 3 pairs through Brand House Direct, sticking to ordering in European sizing. They arrived today. All fit perfectly. All are amazingly comfortable, and they arrived in a week from ordering. I've now gone and loaded another 2 different styles into my cart!

Several purchases from this company with no problem at all , until i did a return , dont answer phones no reply on emails ,telling me they sent a store credit when they did not , finally got a refund after a month of hassle 🙄

Great service, quick delivery, could be a little cheaper, the products are quite expensive but having said that they are of good quality and feel good on the foot.

I ordered the wrong size and returned the shoes. Was a simple process and had the exchange pair back in no time at all.

These would have to be one of the most comfortable soft sandals with medium support for a large foot. Loved them so much have bought 2 pairs, black and navy.

The shoes arrived in a 2 week time frame. Exactly as ordered and great fit. I knew the brand's fit and so it is easier to order the right shoe. Would deal with them again without hesitation. Great to deal with an Australian company!

I bought Mironelli Louise Women's Comfortable Brazilian Leather Shoes in Black for work. They're not comfortable as advertised, the sole are very thin. Tried to add thick insole to be able to use it but shoes not deep enough so it feels awkward because it feels like only half of your feet is inside the shoes with added insole.
I read reviews from other customers from this company before purchasing, all seems good reviews so I gave it a go and now starting to think most of the reviews are fake.
I wrote one yesterday for their website, ask to verify email etc but find that my review is not posted on their site .
I hope this one gels posted as I want customers to be informed before purchasing from this company.
Only worn twice and back to wearing my
old shoes. Didn't bother to return as I know that it would cost me extra.

I needed a certain type orthotic shoe, what received from Brand House direct fitted my requirements to a tee!

I find Brand Direct very prompt with deliveries, prices reasonable and shoes I have brought over the years to be of excellent quality.

it was easy to order and tracking was great too.

The $20 discount made the difference.

Shoes arrived, very narrow, too small. $15 postage to return them to get a refund!!!

The shoes I bought had a fault with them and the team at Brand House were very prompt with replacing them with a new pair. I would recommend this company for your shoe purchases.
