Extremely poor service. Don't bother.

I ordered and paid for a hat (including shipping costs), only to be notified two days later that my order had been cancelled, due to them no longer shipping to the UK. Their website clearly states that they do ship to the UK. The next day I was contacted by email again, stating that my order had been cancelled because the item was no longer in stock, yet their website clearly stated that they did have the item in stock...ten to be exact.
I was then contacted email two days later, informing me that I had been fully refunded, with no true explanation as to why.
I would never recommend this company. They're a complete joke. Beware!
