Fantastic!
I bought a pair of Geox trainers which arrived today. They were a fantastic bargain and I'm delighted with them. They arrived on time. Ive already worn them round the park. The service generally was seamless. On the basis of this purchase I can highly recommend Brantano.

They hide any reviews of products that aren’t 5 start so nothing is truthful. I had a pair of shoes disintegrate after a few months of wearing. Simply wrote a fair review and they have hidden it but only approve the 5 star ones.

Very expensive P & P inaccurate description
I did not realise this company is part of (now called) ski sports
They give you a QR for returns, which you then have to pay. After paying £6 for delivery I did not expect to have to pay a further £5 to return the boots
The female boots were far too big, not true to size at all. The description was not accurate.
I will not purchase from this company again

Misleading sizes and poor customer service.
I ordered a size 6 which for all my life and every shoe in my wardrobe is a Euro 39. I paid for express delivery as needed for an event. A size 391/2 arrived which were far too big. Not only did this mean I couldn't wear to the event but Brantano refused to refund the extra postage I paid for or offer to cover the return postage. They actually could have been less helpful and I will NEVER be using them again.
