Great selection of bras and the size they suggested was spot on as I used the bra sizing section available on their site and very easy to use.
Would've been 5 only because returns don't have the same order update status as it does for purchasing so unaware of how long refund will be once returned. But efficient delivery.

We don't send notifications when a parcel was delivered to us as all our UK returns are prepaid and fully tracked. Your proof of postage will include a tracking number that you can use to check on the whereabouts of your parcel.
When a return is received in our warehouse, our Returns Team will process it within 14 working days. We will try our very best to process this much sooner of course and we will notify you via email as soon as the refund has been issued, for your convenience.

Love bra stop. Get all my bras from you guys for years but as I’ve said before postage too high. And when you get a set that can bump up the price too much. Also would like to see Brazilian style too. Love the swimwear section as well

Bought a G cup, very booby lady. The bra id curved on the edges which makes s difference to all the usual styles of strapless. Carefully designed and comfortable. Very nice bra.

Great products that I can’t get in Australia at good prices even with conversion. It would be good to have free shipping as I would buy more often. By the time I convert, it’s getting expensive. Also, I’m not sure about the international returns policy.

I had to return an item for not fitting it got lost in the post I emailed Brastop and within 24 hrs my refund was in my bank. No hassle all very straight forward.
Excellent communication.
