I have emailed brastop 4 times now in the last 2 weeks about a bra i bought 2 months ago. The underwire has popped out so I can no longer wear it. I got 1 email back and asked how exactly I washed the bra, and i sent pictures of it and described how I wash and dry it. That's been over 2 weeks now, and still no response. Shocking service!

This company offers big-sized bras and swim items of great quality. As we know, sizing lingerie and swimsuits is the trickiest business. They ship from overseas. Unfortunately, a return costs almost $20 through USPS. I will not order again.

I ordered 2 items in error and wished to return one, they now have a different system returns have to be done online. I tried several times but could only get so far and the system stopped, I tried the chat line and was told I would be contacted within a few minutes, that was an hour ago and I am still waiting. I do not have time to phone them on the main number, I will have to keep the unwanted item but will never order from them again

I have been a customer for many years and have always been impressed with their products, prices and customer service. It’s difficult to buy underwear online, but returns are so quick and simple with them (and they don’t hold onto your money for weeks before issuing a refund like most companies!) Top customer service. I will never shop anywhere else. A++++++

x 2 tankinis bought in last 6 months. I'm a 50 something 32G and the tankinis are true to size and very flattering. Very useful reviews, lots of product images per item on the website and very competitive prices. Regular delivery updates, looking forward to ordering from here again!

What a complete letdown this company is. Wife ordered fro these for next day delivery and 5 days later it was still showing that it hadn’t been dispatched. When you pay for next day you expect that or at the worst the day after. Won’t be ordering again from this company….
Sizing is incorrect when it comes to their swim tops. I even ordered a size bigger after reading the reviews and it was still too small. Was also not aware you would have to pay to return your items as well.
Poor delivery service, hidden costs, I paid delivery but I had to collect my parcel only to be told I must pay +R500 which was not disclosed in the first place. I feel so disappointed about this service. Next time when you sell something to someone discuss all the expected cost to avoid suprises.
The product may be good but delivery system is too bad and poor. It took Landmark Global 11days to create ordinary label and this is 17 days after purchase yet to even get the package to Fedex, is delivery very bad this way? I think Eliminating this middle agent should be done asap because delivery is not so poor like this. Please when am I now getting my package then? This is a bad setup
Absolute terrible delivery service, even though you pay for delivery you still have to fetch item from a pickup point. Why say you provide worldwide delivery when that's a lie. I thought the first time I ordered was a mistake but it's how they are. I ordered on the 5Nov & it's the 27Nov, I'm still waiting for my order. LANDMARK global is shit as well, no updates, you can't contact them, still waiting. You'll get more information from using internet global package tracers then them.

Bought a bra... Wore it about 10 times, maximum.. And the under wire poked out in the centre.. Cutting my bust.. Emailed the company and did the contact us thing... And have been ignored... I'm so angry as they won't acknowledge my issue
Avoid paying for next day delivery. I ordered on a Saturday, the parcel didn’t arrive until Wednesday.
Ordered 3 bras, EVRI delivery person took a picture of parcel on my doorstep, but was not there when I got home ????
Tried contacting Brastop via email multiple times, no response, I have tried calling them daily for 5 days, there are 4 options given, 1-on line purchase 2-marketing 3-finance 4-other.
1- rings no answer (1 hour) then automated message telling opening times. I called within opening times. All the other options give an automated message giving opening times, I called at 10:00a.m. 😡
I am now going to seek advice as I am at a financial loss.
Been getting bras for years here, always good price, fit and variety of styles.
However recently I needed to return some items because they didn’t fit.
The amount I was refunded was less than the amount that I paid.
Not a UK company, must be some sort of dropshipper as the customer service is nonexistent. I've spent a whole week trying to get their spam to stop after never opting in to receive it in the first place. Fake information, fake live chat and fake phone number. "Support" is just an auto response that is never answered. Avoid.
At last! Pretty swimming costumes that fit! Thank you Brastop, I'll be back to buy more very soon :)
