This company is rubbish!!
Ordered and paid for swimsuit. 1 day after was told it was out of stock!! Waiting too long for the refund. Ordered another size. The fit was really really bad, and around the crotch area, who wants that!!
Sent it back.They received the parcel on 24th March. I have sent at least 5 emails. They sent back the postage and not the refund for the item!!! Email said it can take up to 14 days!!!!

Awful fit on items and withhold refund money for weeks
I bought a bikini top and matching bottoms in January. Unfortunately when I went on holiday, the bikini top was faulty. I contacted Brastop by email and they quickly got back to me and refunded me fully. The customer service was excellent, and because of this, I will definitely order from them again.
Great offers on and always have some bras in my size available, which is a rarity anywhere else. Ordered twice in a couple of months. Thanks 😊

Two orders placed to try and get a bra which fitted. First order got lost by Evri, fair enough not BraStops fault. They kindly gave me a code for 15% a new order -which sounds lovely but was during the time of the Black Friday sales so didn’t actually get me any money off as it couldn’t be used with any other offers. They did provide me with a full refund of the missing order annd also recommended that I select delivery of any future order with Royal Mail. I did this and placed another order for bras on 28th November. Royal Mail tracked - it has still NOT arrived. I appreciate that with Mail strikes etc things have been delayed but nearly two weeks is ridiculous. Frustrating as I love their products and the quality but not much point in buying from them if the items never arrive!!
This company is no help with returns from the US. It’s expensive to return, so I’d advise do not order unless you have money to waste because you will be stuck with bras that won’t fit!
Place an order 5 days / 3 working days ago no update on shipping I've received 7 promotional emails but no shipping notification I've reached out to customer service twice and have had no response.
What is the point of running all of these promotions if they can't even manage the orders that they have I've bought from brastop before but I won't be doing it again based on this ridiculous experience.
Ordered some new brass after measuring myself and finding out I’d been wearing the wrong size for years. Great selection of bras and they arrived about 10 days later (bit longer than expected but anyway). Bras fit great but the wire has come out of 1 after a few weeks use (purchased the same bra in 3 colours). Tried to email the customer services but had had no response. Tried twitter and still no response. I don’t expect to pay so much for better fitting bras to then have them break and not be able to discuss it with them. Very disappointed.
I placed an order with this company, delivery was fast but none of the bras fitted well at all, this isn't Brastop's fault of course. However, my return was received by them on 7th Sept and I have still had no refund or any notification of such. I understand they claim refunds can take upto 14 days.
I have contacted them twice about this & they respond to emails quickly but they simply give the same information over and over "refunds can take upto 14 days". This is very inconvenient. Not sure I would order from them again.
Amazing Bra's. Followed their online fit guide which suggested a bra one cup bigger than i am currently wearing. Ordered 2 bra's which arrived within 2 days. (Chose Royal Mail over Evri as they are far better).
Can't believe the difference. They fit amazingly well. So comfortable and really good quality.
Will be placing another order asap.
2 bras returned due to ridiculously off sizing. Ordered a h cup. Bras were tiny more like a d cup. Sent back on 31st of August just got refund today (15th sept). Parcel was tracked and delivered yet still there were excuses. (When they could be bothered to reply). Refund was £4.00 short. Never ever will I use this this store again or recommend.

This is the best online company ever fantastic customer service fantastic returns service I love the bag in comes in as you can use it to return and you have return label in your parcel I paid £7.95 for unlimited orders wish other companies would do this thank you
I agree with Inna , I paid almost 60 COD for items purchased which is 2/3 the value. What is happening at brastop. I will have to buy at my Canadian shops as the items are not worth returning when they are the wrong size as 2 were and now I am paying so much custom fees. It makes no sense
I have been a customer of Brastop for over 8 years and continued ordering when I moved to Canada. All my orders were good until this recent one. I ordered bra worth 20 pounds(30 can).
Brastop switched from using Canadian post to Landmark Global Ltd.
The parcel handled by them (not by choice), I was charged extra shipping on top of the already existing shipping I paid to the vendor 8 pounds. The item in question had duties and taxes applied to it, which I knew was coming but there was also another COD fee that was never brought to my attention beforehand. I paid 20.40 dollars for items that cost me 30 dollars. I did the math of all duties and it should have been 10 at the most.
Landmarks customer service was unreachable, the phone doesnt even produce a ring tone.
Unfortunately I had to pay the fees in order to get my package even though I already paid for shipping through the vendor.
I'm very disappointed with the service provided by Brastop, I addressed the issue with them and asked to why I was charged that much, they said that it were customs duties, I argued that it was more than the customs duties and that they should let customers know in advance that Another Company will be charging delivery charges. I would not recommend using them overseas as they are starting to cut corners with postal services!

I'm giving 2 stars as it arrived quickly but for the item I received I would give 1 star. (I can't review on their website so this is why I'm here). The sizes are way off and I'm seeing from other reviews this is not uncommon. I measured it next to my other bras and the difference was clearly visible. Around 2 - 3 inches under!
I won't shop here again as I wouldn't trust their size charts.
