Great service to start with when purchasing the car. When we picked it up it had the incorrect number plates that we payed to get replaced. We were also told we would have a full tank of fuel and a fresh mot. When i drove away from collecting the car (at closing time) it had an empty tank there was not even enough to turn around and take the car back to the forecourt! We called them and were told we would be refunded for the fuel, so we drove 45 minutes home to find the number plates were incorrect so i drove home with no insurance! When i called again they said it would take 3 days over the weekend to get us new plates made and sent to us. Or we could have them made and they would refund us. We had them made and both fuel and number plate receipts were sent to them. After numerous phone calls and a complaint to Kia customer services we were asked for a bank statement to prove who we were! And that no new mot would be done The refund was going back to the original payment card. In total it took over 20 phone calls and approximately 3 months to get the money back it was then logged on the payment as a goodwill payment!
Talk about add insult to injury. Would we recommend them NO.

The car was not clean when it was returned.
Steering was dirty and greasy
Outside seem as if it was wiped with a dirty cloth

From booking to day of the service everything went very well as the staff etc were brilliant.

Great timely service (no pun intended) and managed to fit-in at a late stage of visit some additional work that would otherwise required anther visit or retention of car overnight.

Very professional and helpful. Great Customer service and explained everything.

Fantastic service.
I went in for a recall service. I was asked to wait for 30-40 mins. It was completed before the expected time. The service was very professional, friendly and efficient. i couldn't ask for more.

Ok . ... they did the job but there is always a long wait when collecting the car

Started off brilliantly buying the car with them but the aftercare has been horrendous. We were given the sell on a service called "shine protect" for cosmetic damage repair which sounded great. The reality is far from.

After Shine refused to repair damage due to conditions that were not highlighted to us at the point of sale, the communication with Brayley Kia Enfield has been incredibly poor and made our experience even worse. We fear we have been mis-sold and just want a resolution.

The dealership promised to investigate this matter on our behalf and provide a resolution and clarity on next steps. This was on 21/07. It has been a month since then and we have called Kia Enfield nearly 10 times for an update. Every time they have been quick to say someone will call us back but no follow up is ever received. It has reached the point now where we have repeatedly called to say that we wish to raise a complaint and are told that the manager/product manager is always busy and will contact us. This has yet to happen.

We would still love to speak to someone about the situation and understand where to go next. I would not recommend buying this service nor using this dealership in the future as it stands.

Brayleys Kia at Enfield is very busy place. On my second visit, I was seen by a sales executive Mr Juhel Ahmed and had chance to view the car I was interested to buy. With Mr Juhel's help the buying process was stress free. It was quick and easy buy with the excellent service provided.

I was initially advised that the car would be ready at 4.30pm so I took the bus home and then I received a call at midday to say it was ready. Had I been told it was going to be ready within a couple of hours when I dropped it off I would have stopped nearby for a coffee rather than an 87 year old man walking in the heat to take the bus to and from. When I returned, I asked about the boot as the resting shelf wasn't clipping in. I was sent on a wild goose chase from one person to another. I was exhausted and gave up before passing out. I never got the issue resolved. The customer service was terrible.

Efficient drop off, girls on reception were doing a great job, hardly any wait time, pleasant and personable.
Pick up also excellent , one of the young ladies moved my car for me to the exit as it was in a tight spot. I was very grateful.
Overall, would recommend

From beginning to end I was kept updated. The staff were very courteous. When I got my car back I was pleased as it had been cleaned as-well, Thankyou

From the very first phone call Juhel was eager to help and make it an enjoyable and easy experience. I really was only doing research but I found exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend to Dealership as it was a most enjoyable experience

I took my car in for a routine service but made it very clear that the main reason was a noise from the rear of the car.

Brayley Kia told me it was “just a stone” and sent me away. I took the car to another garage, and within 10 minutes they found the real problem: loose shaft connections. They tightened them, and the noise disappeared.

On top of that, nobody ever answered the phone when I tried to contact the service department.

Very poor diagnosis, terrible communication, and a complete waste of time. I expected much better from an authorised Kia dealership.

Having replaced my Sportage with a much newer model, albeit at a different dealership, I visited Brayley Kia Enfield to see what options I had for a service plan. Kayleigh was able to provide me with all the information I needed to make a decision, which I did after reviewing it all at home. I emailed Kayleigh to make payment for my chosen plan and she responded quickly and efficiently which then enabled me to complete the transaction over the phone. All in all the process was made very easy.
