My experience at Brayley's Nissan was good. The person I met at the desk was helpful and polite. My MOT and service was done well and in a timely manner. My only point of feedback would be that I've been bringing my car to this garage from when it was Westway Nissan and every year they make sure to valet my car as part of the service. This was the only time when it was not done and so it would be a much appreciated additional thing if it would have been done.

This showroom and garage is a cut above all the others- knowledgeable, professional, warm and friendly- couldn't ask for any more- what a great team.

My car had to go into Brayleys of Birmingham for a call back, while the car was there they did a safety check on the tyres and brakes.
The whole experience was very professional and quick it only took about 30-40 minutes from booking in to getting the keys back to us.
Every member of staff were very polite and helpful.

Paid for a major service which was quite expensive. However, wheel balancing was not done. Neither did the garage contact me before collecting about finding a perished drive belt that I would happily have had replaced while the car was with them. Other than that, the staff were extremely helpful and courteous, something that is so rare these days.

When I came into my appointment for my car service I was welcomed and taken care of straight away great service. The staff are environment friendly they explained the process and got the job done quicker than time given was happy with the overall service looking forward for future service cheers boys.

My husband booked his car in for an annual service and MOT. He waited at the showroom whilst this was being carried out. Staff were professional, pleasant and helpful.

Great staff - I had bought Nissan dealer car - 3 weeks later it had AC issues - they repaired it without any issues and within warranty. They picked up rear break pad issues and also fixed with a good discount: and their service plan is the best: staff is very supportive and considerate to customers

We had excellent service from James. Very knowledgeable, polite and unassuming. Answer all our questions and both about the vehicle and the various ways of financing it. We finished up with a a very suitable deal. Hopefully the after-sales will be as good as the sales.

I'm writing this because I have to Share with people how good the Service is with Brayleys Cars ( Nissan) .The Car is Awesome and haven't had one days worth of trouble...I am a disabled person who is in a wheelchair and the X-Trail was advised because I have to fit a hoist for my Chair....and it's been perfectly good 👍. And when it comes to having the car serviced they get in touch, give you a convenient date to arrange collection, take it for you, once its done they return it....collection was 9am returned at 2pm with no problems and washed too....you can't ask for more! Thanks again Brayleys for everything you have done for me...Definitely been recommending you to family and friends
