Great service and quickly sorted an incorrectly shipped item.

We were told it would be delivered in 5 working days. We had an email 30 minutes later saying it would be delivered tomorrow! Fantastic service.

Received my order promptly. Found website confusing had to go back to beginning of product information after each item purchased. Also each area eg packing systems covered a very wide product type making for a very lengthy shopping experience. The search facility also did not show results for items I subsequently found scrolling through all the details.

Delivery (free) was speedy and packaging (of walking boots I'd ordered) was secure. The Breaking Free advice, included in the parcel delivered, on making sure the footwear was the right fit was excellent. Breaking Free clearly have good knowledge of what people need out of walking boots.

Great service! I phoned to clarify an order for carry on luggage that I hoped could be delivered within a few days for an overseas trip later that week. The assistant was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, answered all my questions and processed my order as soon as I had confirmed it online. My Aku La Val Low GTX W shoes are great and it is wonderful to get a pair in Size 39.5 (never before seen in Australia). The service from Breaking Free was great and I used International Shipper, Borderlinx, to get the parcel to Australia. It would be great if Breaking Free could work out a way to remove the middle man and post direct to Australia but, never mind...
