I saw the product I was interested in on the website, Eagle Creek Gear Warrior 32, and had a question to ask about it. I rang the shop and they were able to actually look at the item to answer my question. They asked me to order online as it was more convenient, which I did. The bag came the day after the order was processed, all as advertised and a good price with inclusive p&p.

Ordered a £150 Trangia Multi Fuel Burner from the advert which was a X2 model by the picture but found it was a cheaper X1 model when it arrived so it does not take gas canisters as I wanted. Box was open when arrived and looks like old stock or ex demo.
Quite disappointed considering I could have bought the same model for far less and now concerned about spares and repairs.

Would be very careful buying off this site.

Updated based on response - in the written description of the item it clearly states gas which is an exclusive additional feature of the X2 Model which matched the picture on the advert.
