I received a pipe with a broken tenon. I send it back for repair. Brebbia "repaired" it while at the same time breaking the shank. So they send the pipe back to me, more broken than it was already. I send the pipe back again for a refund and they declined it.
This company is absolutely disrespectful and has a horrible service. I am shocked and surprised that they are still in business. Well, I guess not for long considering the way they treat their customers.

Ordered a rusticated (brushed finish) Brebbia 301 from the website. The pipe arrived very quickly, but in a completely different finish, unlike anything on the Brebbia website. It had a Savinelli style rusticated finish, a pre carbonised chamber and a stem which had virtually no figuring.

I decided not to return it, as this meant posting it to the other side of Europe during a pandemic when it was difficult to get to the post office. Given that the pipe bore absolutely no resemblance to any finish on the Brebbia website, I declined their offer of sending me a replacement - it would have been a lot of time and effort to get a replacement which might also not be similar. I also declined their compensatory offer of a "free tamper" - come on, Brebbia, that's insulting.

All in all, a sad experience as I had planned to buy another 3-4 pipes from them. It shows that if you advertise a product which is going to be bought sight unseen, if you send something out which looks totally different, the customer gets upset and loses trust in the company. I won't be buying from them again.

Solid pipe for the money. You get 10 euro discount on your first purchase. From 100 euro shipping is free. My suggestion is get the Brasil ;). They claim their briar is cured in a way that the first smoke doesn' t produce any unpleasant flavours and I can confirm that. First smoke tasted great.

A nice, compact pipe particularly suited for the outdoors. All parts are made in very good quality of materials & manufacture, something expected from Brebbia. A small criticism concerns the length of the mouthpiece. For some, the pipe may hang too close to the chin. An extra 0.5 to 1.0 cm would be an improvement, I think. Have not used it yet, so I cannot assess the smoking perfofmance.

There’s not loads to say about Brebbia other than they are a fantastic company to deal with. My order came quickly and was as cheap as I could find anywhere in the Uk. I contacted staff with some questions. They got back to me quickly and answered all of my questions fully. This is my first Brebbia pipe, it’s a great smoker and is quite unique in appearance. great company, do not hesitate buying from them
