NO INTERNET - BIG REGRET
I used your service as recommended by my rental company to get internet in my new address. You directed me to Tele2 and I chose a package and then nothing!!
No one contacted me for the next step.
I sent you an email and no answer.
I went to Tele2 and they told me we see your name but no subscription.
The guy at Tele2 said I can give you the router immediately and you will have internet within few seconds, but they don't guarantee if I have signed something with you, that I will not have to pay twice!!
Very BAD service.

We have already mailed you and explained that because of the cyclone in India, the Tele2 backoffice was shut down for a period and they could not administer the orders s swiftly as normal.
