Bredbandsval.se idea was very comfortable for me to identify the internet company which should set my home internet. After launching the order, the situation became very unclear and I do not know where is the problem(where did my order blocked/stuck) and how can be solved.
I've used your services to order Comhem for home internet. No one contacted me until now, Bredbandsval.se did not have any follow-up procedure until the order is fulfilled or refused. Your services were just for initiating an order, but with no status update.
Status update and transparency are essential, in order for the customer not to spend additional time to search what happened with the order:
- is the order still with you company, or arrived to Comhem?
- how is Comhem handling the order?
- status update for every step of the order until finished it
