Hi the B3 is everything I've been looking for for years. Hated putting CDs on a laptop and then on to mp3 from my laptop so I'm really pleased with the B3 so easy to rip CDs. Just wish the app on my phone work a lot better. It's very glitch at times.

Thanks for the five stars - glad we could help. We sold a lot of B2 SD cards recently but there are tens of thousands of B2s out there. They hold up their value too - I just had a look on Ebay - I think the price of a second hand B2 is going up.

Sorry to hear that you are not happy with the app and webUI.
I don't know if there is a networking issue behind this or if you dislike the way they operate so I'd be grateful if you could tell me more.
In particular let me know what device you are using - mobile phone, laptop, tablet etc.
Also which of the four web UI variants you have tried.
In fact I am currently considering a refresh of the web UI - it is almost a decade old - which should tell you that it is stable and generally enjoyed by owners. But it may look dated by comparison with modern web designs.
Let me know what you disliked about the web UI. Was it too complicated? Or did it not do something? Or was it too unlike other apps?
I'll email you directly but I'll be keen to hear your views
