Brentford Football club Review

Very friendly place for rival fans to mingle a chat. Never had a any problems. With people wearing home and away shirts having a drink together.

Busy on match day. But never a very long wait to order a drink.

Always friendly banter available.

This is the only stadium where i can go to the loo queue up for a coffee and return to my seat during half-time, before the game restarts.

The stewards were very friendly and helpful. I had a problem with phone's contact less. A young lady said ‘let me help you’ and it worked perfectly.

I was given 5 x £400 hospitality packages as a present. What an experience
* We were put in the wrong lounge
* We paid for drinks which should have been complimentary
* One of our seats was sold to someone else
Worse though was the deplorable and patronising attitude of the Brentford staff to sort out the mess they created. They tried to blame me for being in the wrong lounge and didn't seem to think not having a seat was an issue- "well you can still see the game can't you". Utterly shameful. A particular commendation to Sinead
